Aung Myint

Aung Myint is one of the few artists from his generation of modern artists who are still producing and exhibiting regularly. Aung Myint remained in Myanmar during the Socialist era when many of his peers migrated to other countries that have no censorship on creativity endeavors. He won the Juror's Award in the ASEAN Art Awards of 2001. His paintings are in many collections in the USA, UK and other countries.
