Trish Gallery, a Yangon art gallery opened in 2010, showcases a unique collection of artwork and sculptural pieces from a diverse group of artists in Myanmar.

Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, has a long tradition of art, beginning with murals in the 11th century temples of the ancient city of Bagan. The fundamental lesson of Buddha, which comprises the Eightfold Path Harmonious Living, can be seen in most of Myanmar's art.

The creation of beautiful things are meant to glorify the memory of Buddha in gratitude for his teachings. Through their work, Myanmar artists reflect the beliefs, lifestyles, and the gentle and gracious nature of their fellow countrymen in unique ways. Trish Gallery celebrates the works of these artists and we invite you to join us.
